How long does shipping normally take?

All orders are shipped using USPS & require a signature at time of delivery. All orders require 2-3 business days for delivery depending on the shipping option selected. For overnight or express shipping, please contact us! Time may vary due to pandemic or holidays. We CANNOT contact USPS for you.

What is the turn around time for a custom unit?

Custom units are made by sewing machine and take 10-20 business days to be completed. You will receive an email with your estimated completion date within a week of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

What is the turn around time for a ready to ship unit ?

Ready to ship units are shipped out within 1-2 days of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

What is the turn around time for hair?

Hair is preordered & not on hand unless specified. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive order. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

What is the return policy?

No Refunds/Returns. All sales are FINAL!

How long does hair usually last?

With proper care & maintenance, hair can last up to 3+ years.

What do I do if I put the wrong measurements & my custom wig does not fit?

We are not responsible for an improper fit due to the wrong measures given at time of purchase. All sales are FINAL!
